How was 2010 for us?
2010 was a good year for us. With a very milited number of dog shows we got 4 titles (3 for our Combava and 1 for Bahia). In order to respect our breeding programm and the FCI standard, both Champion Torero Loco of Woodland Cottage and Becky du Domaine de la Rouvière are now neutered. Torero stays with us at home, whereas Becky lives in my family. In 2011, we will continue to respect our programm: only a few litter a year, in order to have nice puppies, we continue to breed with ONLY STANDARD cotons, we won't breed with dogs with missing important teeths...During dog shows, we will also continue to have a positive attitude. My dog's living conditions will be the same: living with us, playing in the garden, BUT well groomed for dog shows. Talk to you soon...I wish you all the best for 2011.

Paris Dog Show - Judge: Mrs. DESSERNE
The very first show for the new year. Combava was in a very high quality champion class. He won the RCACIB. Congratulations Cédric for the result.

Combava is Champion of Belgium (judge: Mrs. METANS)
Combava won CAC, CACIB and BOB at the Brussels Dog show. He is now Champion of Belgium and is also qualified for Crufts 2011. Many thanks Cédric for this title. I want to congratulate Véronique for Easy's winning during the show. You are achieving a great job with her. Thank you also Véronique's family for its positive presence in any situation.

International dog show of Nantes - Judge: Mrs. METANS
The International dog show of Nantes was the day after the Speciality. Combava won the CACIB and BOB. At the end of the day, his temperament in the main ring allows him to be shortlisted for the Group9. Many thanks Cédric for this great achievement.

No comment for this dog show...Véronique and I celebrated the last titles of our dogs...What about the results during that show? Elisha, for her first entry as an "adult" won the intermediate class and gained the RCACS. Her mother, Bahia, won the champion class and gained the RCACIB

Bahia becomes Champion of Luxemburg
It was the come-back of Bahia in the show ring, just 6 months after her last litter. By gaining the CACL in the champion class, then the RCACIB, Bahia became Champion of Luxemburg...

By getting the last required CACIB on the 25th of July, Combava became International Champion.

Championship of France (Villepinte) - Judge: Mrs. Sylvie DESSERNE
In 2009, the result was a big surprise for us, as Combava got RCACS and RCACIB. This year, we were expecting for the ticket. Finally, Combava got the RCACS...Anyway, we will try again in 2011.

WORLD DOG SHOW
My first World Dog show with some real good friends: Véronique (and her very nice family) and Valérie. Many good moments with them. Combava was graded "EXCELLENT" in the Champion class. I am very proud of this result.

International dog show of Luxembourg - Judge: Mr. HEINESCHE
A really nice dpg show, where several Cotons from France were awarded. In my opinion, some of the young Cotons are "very promissing" for the future et will be very well known. Combava won the Champion class (4 males Champion present) and became Luxembourg Champion 2010. Elisha won also the young female class... We are very proud of them.

National Specialty of Exotic dogs - Judges: Mr. SOULAT & MATTERA
It was the most important event of this week-end for all Exotic dogs breeders. Combava did well by gaining an "Excellent" in open class, whereas Elisha started very well with some nice comments from the judge. She was 2nd in puppy class.

Our Elisha is growing very well. She is the clone of her father, Ahsanté Sana De Vishka Land, with all his qualities. It is a real pleasure ti have this dolly at home with her very sweet temperament. We wish her all the best in the future during her show career...To be continued...

2009: What a year!
What a year we had in 2009! - We had 3 more titles: 2 for Bahia and 1 for Combava. We now have 6 titles at home, including 4 titles with 2 dogs which were born at home. It is just exceptional as we restarted to breed in 2006 with only one litter a year. Many thanks to the kennel "Of The Swift Cotton" for having given me the opportunity to use 2 Champions as stud: Zodiac and Eros. Many thanks also to Maud & Cédric (TDS Handling) for the good job they achieved with our dogs in dog shows through Europe. - A very special partnership with the kennel "De Vishka Land" allows us to have our new pretty doll: Elisha. Thank you Valérie for your advices, your support and to be our friend. We now hope that 2010 will be as successfull as 2009 was.

This is certainly one of the most competitive show for the breed. Getting the tickets lead to the French title. Torero Loco was graded EXCELLENT. In only 4 shows he gets the required awards to pretend to be RECOMMENDED by the Club. Bahia was in the final and was graded EXCELLENT.

What a stunning day. Torero Loco one more time finished on the podium by getting the RCACS & RCACIB. Bahia for her second show in France in Open class got the RCACS.
